Lanterns are items that first appear in The Green Gallery, and again in The Black Sanctum. When Hector touches a lantern, the invisible floors on top of the Void become visible when he is near them. The range of the lantern's light is unfortunately very limited, so one must be cautious when moving across invisible floors with the lantern.
